ACheck zone panel transformer output for 24VAC, verify transformer input power
BMark and remove all wires except power to verify no wiring shorts exist
CTurn all thermostats OFF
DTurn off power and check resistance at terminals SAS1, SAS2, Sensor should read 1K to 10K
EMark and remove thermostat wiring. Use jumpers to verify thermostat operation
FMark and remove damper wiring. Check for damper wiring shorts and opens
GMark and remove damper wiring. Verify damper operation by powering damper directly from 24VAC source
HPossible defective panel. Consult factory for technical support
JDownload manual or refer to zone panel inside cover for DIP switch setting
KVerify voltage input to panel. Voltage input must be between 21 and 29 VAC

3 Zone Panel Troubleshooting Steps

close and the zone panel will not stage if the SAS is missing or damaged
